Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals, supporters’ groups, and sports professionals who agree to uphold NAAFSA’s values and code of conduct.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise approved in writing by NAAFSA.

Submission of an online membership form does not guarantee acceptance. NAAFSA reserves the right to approve or decline any application.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Respect host-country laws during all programs and events

• Follow NAAFSA’s Code of Conduct

• Represent NAAFSA professionally at all times

• Return to their home country after approved delegations

• Avoid activities that may damage NAAFSA’s reputation

Violation may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Membership Benefits

Membership provides access to official communications, supporter delegations, educational programs, and networking opportunities. Benefits are non-transferable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership fees, donations, or administrative payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Event-related payments may be refunded only where explicitly communicated and subject to third-party provider policies.

Termination

NAAFSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its discretion for misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of policies.

Jurisdiction Clause

NAAFSA operates internationally.
Legal matters shall be governed by applicable laws of Canada, unless otherwise required by regional regulations.
