The North America–Africa Football Supporters Alliance (NAAFSA) operates under a structured governance and compliance framework designed to uphold transparency, accountability, ethical leadership, and lawful participation in international football activities.

NAAFSA is committed to maintaining the highest standards of organizational integrity while strengthening football supporter engagement across Africa and North America.

Governance Framework

NAAFSA is governed by an Executive Leadership Team responsible for strategic direction, policy development, financial oversight, and organizational accountability. Leadership is supported by Regional Coordinators who manage country-level engagement and program delivery in alignment with NAAFSA policies.

All operations are guided by formal internal policies, including:

Member Obligations

All NAAFSA members are required to:

  • Follow the Code of Conduct at all times

  • Comply fully with immigration and travel regulations

  • Participate responsibly in approved programs

  • Return to their home country after authorized activities

Failure to meet these obligations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

Accountability & Enforcement

NAAFSA reserves the right to review membership status, investigate violations, and enforce disciplinary measures where necessary to protect the integrity of the organization.

Disciplinary actions may include:

  • Suspension of membership privileges

  • Removal from delegations

  • Termination of membership
